Two Brothers Racing Brand Sales Manager

Location: Boise, Idaho

Summary: Plans, develops, and implements sales strategies and marketing programs for Two Brothers Racing (TBR) in the Powersports channel and is responsible for all TBR sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to travel domestically up to two weeks monthly to make sales calls to dealers, work open houses, and provide brand sales training
  • Works with WPS and TBR to mutually develop sales programs, dealer and WPS rep incentives and executes programs
  • Reviews market research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate information into sales
  • Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features
  • Communicates brand strategies to sales, and other departments
  • Develops rider support programs, sales programs, and advertising campaigns
  • Works directly with media outlets to promote product line
  • Coordinates with purchasing department to manage inventory levels, order and schedule product
  • Assists in planning and coordination of product launch
  • Guides creation and aides in development of product portfolio and catalog
  • Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in brand strategy

Junior Graphic Designer - Marketing

Summary:
WPS is currently seeking a talented, motivated Jr. Graphic Designer with ambition to design a variety of creative projects. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic with the flexibility and focus to multi task in a fast paced creative environment. He or she will be confident with design principles, problem solving, innovative typography and possess’ clean layout skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
This is a full time entry level position that will support the marketing team in the research, concept development, design and execution of creative projects such as ads, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, websites, etc. Applicants must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and understand design from a marketing perspective.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead designer in building all manner of advertising, and visual communications.
  • Adhere to a brand specific visual communication standard (typographic, photographic, illustrative and layout).
  • Handle day-to-day “drop-in” design requests from brand and product managers (e.g., signage, POP displays, tradeshow booths, packaging, posters, etc.)
  • Design and maintain current rotator graphics for the websites of our many in-house brands.
  • Solicit quotes and estimates for services needed to execute projects.
  • Research and purchase stock imagery as needed.
  • Photo masking, color correction and enhancement.
  • Prepare graphics for email blast.
  • Clip-out (Mask) images needed for web content use.
  • Build graphics for press or new product releases.
  • Build graphics for annual new line releases.
  • Resize existing advertisement to run in a number of publications with varying specifications.
  • Output and submit print ready files optimized to the specifications of each individual publication.

Social Media & Digital Assets Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, with some irregular hours for weekend events.

Plans, directs, and coordinates social media relations of organization's brands and products; builds digital assets for online brand advertising campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Google +, LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms for multiple powersports brands.
  • Designs and builds digital banner assets for online advertising campaigns by working closely with lead designer and content marketing manager to ensure consistent brand message.
  • Works closely with lead graphic designer and content marketing manager to establish social media marketing and digital asset creation goals.
  • Develops and creates content strategy and content calendar; aligning both with the larger marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Composes, reviews and edits copy for social media platforms.
  • Works with colleagues throughout the company to generate social media and web content ideas.
  • Plans and oversees the organization's promotion activities specifically linked to its social media presence, such as contests, product releases and other promotional events.
  • Studies and monitors relevant media sources, such as social media, websites/​blogs, forums, consumer and trade publications to recommend strategies that will influence opinion or promote products.
  • Prepares social media marketing activity reports.
  • Assists with websites content management when needed.

Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital asset design process, with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Expert knowledge of business applications of social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Instagram and more. Knowledge of HootSuite or other social media management tools a plus.
  • Experienced working with Web technology platforms/​working with a content management systems; familiarity with basic HTML a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience acting as the online voice of a brand.
  • Ability to understand the implications of new information quickly, and exercise strong judgment to choose the appropriate course of action

Education and/or Experience
Degree in journalism, new media, communications, marketing or related field is desired, but not required with relevant work experience.

Human Resources & Payroll Admin

Location: Boise, Idaho

Brief Description: Compiles and maintains personnel records and assists in completion of payroll processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Some knowledge of human resource management concepts and good knowledge of administrative support functions including organization skills, composing business documents, compiling and summarizing data and customer service are required. Experience interpreting and applying employment laws, rules, regulations and policies. B.A. in Human Resources or Business Management is a plus, but not mandatory. Minimum 3 years HR or payroll experience required. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and the Internet.

Competencies

  • Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Processes employment applications and assists department heads in the onboarding process.
  • Administers benefits programs such as life, health, dental, vision and disability insurances, 401k, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll.
  • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
  • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.

  • Assists in preparing and issuing payroll.
  • Prepares and files reports of injury for all locations and contacts work comp insurance company to file claims, resolve issues and answer questions from providers and employees.
  • Organizes HR processes and suggests improvements to maximize efficiency.
  • Reviews and audits insurance invoicing for accuracy against payroll deduction records.
  • Identifies areas of improvement within department workflow process and record keeping and assists department heads in implementing best practices for compliance.
  • Effectively rollout company-wide changes while embracing department goals and objectives.
  • Follows policies and procedures to complete administrative tasks correctly and on time while supporting organization's goals and values.

Details
This position is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required during times of need. Experience in the Powersports industry is a plus. Well qualified individuals will be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment with great attention to detail. Accuracy of records and compliance of established policies should be a high priority. Employment is dependent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen.

FLY Racing Product Designer

FLY Racing is currently seeking a talented, motivated Product Designer with ambition to design power sports apparel and equipment.  The ideal candidate is knowledgeable and experienced with the design, development, and manufacturing processes. The candidate must be able to communicate design concepts both visually and verbally, and show a thorough understanding of Product/Fashion Design practices.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is a full time position that will support the Product Design team in design and development for the Street and Snowmobile segments of FLY Racing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Trend, consumer, and competitive research
  • Work through all phases of the product development process – concepts through production
  • Concept development through sketching, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and prototyping
  • Ability to manage projects from concept to production
  • Participate in problem-solving exercises with the product design team and/or project teams
  • Present and modify designs with design team to achieve the desired end product
  • Work within specified deadlines and budgets
  • Work with vendors to develop garments and production requirements

Competencies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years industry experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years industry experience
  • Strong portfolio showing examples of relevant project work
  • Portfolio samples must show creative thinking, innovative designs and product development process
  • Have an outstanding ability to communicate form through 2-D means
  • Show a comprehensive understanding of the design process, manufacturing process, and production process
