Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Elizabethtown, PA

WPS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to help lead its regional distribution center in Elizabethtown, PA. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in planning, directing, and administering various aspects and activities within the warehouse, including: receiving, storing, stocking, and shipping. This position supervises employees and the work performed within a specific department or area, helping to enforce established procedures and practices. Candidates should possess an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees and personalities while working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Well-qualified individuals will have two plus years of experience in a distribution center leadership role, preferably supervising over 15 direct reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Helps control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system and reporting findings

Warehouse Associate, Shipping & Distribution - Elizabethtown, PA

WPS is seeking ambitious, hard- working Warehouse Associates to join its regional distribution center team in Elizabethtown, PA. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for general shipping and receiving tasks such as picking, checking, packing, receiving and storing merchandise and materials. FLY Racing Product Developer

Location: Boise, Idaho
Annual Salary: DOE

Fly Racing is currently seeking a talented and motivated Product Developer to manage and develop projects for FLY Racing segments. This full time position will work within the Product Design team to guide the development and project management of FLY products and apparel. The ideal candidate has experience in project management and product development with extensive knowledge in the manufacturing and production processes. Excellent communication skills are essential, the position demands effective coordination between Design teams, domestic and foreign vendors, and variety of internal departments within Fly Racing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize, communicate, and manage project information/requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with sales, purchasing, and marketing
  • Internal communication with the Art Director and Design Staff on the status of projects to ensure that the projects are on schedule, on budget, and overall design intent and product functions are being maintained
  • Create and manage project timeline/schedule with vendor. Ensure key milestones and delivery dates are achieved
  • Daily communication and coordination with factories to ensure that the product development goals are being met for each project
  • Ability to effectively problem solve a variety of issues, while maintaining a solution based approach
  • Create product reviews for development, pre-production, and TOP sample
  • Overseas travel to vendor factories for items that are being developed

Competencies

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience within the product development field.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, with a high proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding of project management strategies and practices applied to product development.
  • Understanding of manufacturing practice and methods in the garment industry, including: sewing, materials, construction layout, and pattern making

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Records employee information into HRIS system or verifies approval on manager self-service changes regarding compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, disciplinary action, reviews and termination date and reason
  • Enters, organizes and keeps records of garnishments, support orders, tax levies and other employee payroll deductions and responds to agency requests for employment and salary history information
  • Processes employment verifications and unemployment insurance requests via email, phone or fax in a timely and detailed manner
  • Responds to manager, supervisor and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs

Employee Benefits Specialist (HR)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enroll new employees in benefit plans and provide benefits orientation for medical, dental, vision reimbursement, life, supplemental, 401k, disability, HSA, HRA, FSA and Cafeteria Plans
  • Prepares and files reports of injury for all locations and contacts work comp insurance company to file claims, resolve issues and answer questions from providers and employees
  • Maintains, completes and files OSHA and BLS reporting requirements
  • Process status changes and update online and HRIS system with new enrollment statuses
  • Plan and execute annual open enrollment for insurance and 401k plans. Including: coordination with vendors, brokers and TPA’s for a timely start date; deliver informational classes; email company-wide communications and follow-up on change deadline; ensure offsite locations are provided excellent service for a seamless open enrollment experience
  • Promote and build positive broker, vendor and TPA relations and make contact to investigate discrepancies and provide employees information in non-routine situations
  • Provide employees forms and process forms and requests through vendors or TPAs
  • Evaluate and compare existing employee benefits with those of other employers or available markets by researching other plans and sources.
  • Review current benefit utilization and report findings to management
  • Become actively involved in high-claim reviews, collections reports, or cost-plus program claims to provide plan members service in understanding the claims process
  • Prepare materials and present benefit plan changes to employees, and review current information to determine improvements necessary for better change communications
  • Administer COBRA program, including payments, invoicing and notification compliance
  • Issues annual individual summary of benefits to employees
  • Maintains separate and compliant employee benefit files and issues HIPPA regulations and administration
  • Audit monthly invoices against payroll deductions and online enrollment statuses to check for discrepancies
