Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support all HR priorities, initiatives, processes, procedures and systems
  • Coaches and advises managers and team members on HR policies, programs, legal compliance and systems
  • Responsible for a proactive and responsive approach to employee relations and issues that support a positive work environment
  • Drive recruiting activities including writing job descriptions, advertising, sourcing/ screening resumes, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, verifying references, and following-up with managers and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Responds to manager, supervisor and employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Continual research to build and maintain progressive HR programs and policies
  • Manages and deploys information updates, HTML updates and link management within the Employee Self-Service website
  • Assists and provides backup for payroll processing and issuing of bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls for multiple locations, states and shifts
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Using an HRIS system and MS Excel, compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports, both scheduled and by request
  • Uses HRIS and Employee Self-service website to keep records of benefits plan participation, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and employee statistics for government reporting
  • Generate management informational reports and analysis, HR dashboard metrics and surveys as needed
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple special projects/tasks and daily workflow while working independently to ensure timely completion of key/critical operational tasks. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, with sound judgment and a high degree of maturity

Web Content Coordinator

Department: Marketing
Location: Boise, Idaho
Status: Full-time

WPS is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to join its marketing department. The Web Content Coordinator will work directly with the Web Content Manager and interacts and communicates with various department staff to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of published content. This position will be responsible for the collection, editing, posting, and maintenance of various types of online content for multiple B2C and B2B websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update web content, images, files etc. for B2C, B2B, and Media Vault websites
  • Performs meticulous editing and fact-checking for web content
  • Performs content quality assurance and corrects errors in collaboration with team
  • Support other content creators through collaboration on story ideas, copyediting, and proofreading content
  • Build and update website rotators and other special graphics as needed
  • Understand website and campaign analytics with a view toward enhancing content performance and traffic
  • Manage own workflow while coordinating with project teams and management on schedules, requirements, goals and assignments as needed
  • Learn Constant Contact email marketing platform and help build and distribute email marketing campaigns to dealers (B2B) and public (B2C)
  • Assist Web Content Manager and marketing department with other assignments such as new product and press release writing when needed


  • Experience with typical content management systems; experience with Drupal a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
  • Excellent SEO writing/editorial skills and attention to detail
  • Able to coordinate multiple assignments at one time including collaborating with product managers and catalog department personnel in the execution of tasks

Senior Product Designer

Location: Boise, Idaho - Local candidates only.

WPS is currently seeking a senior level product designer. Brand segments include the design and development of motorcycle (street), snowmobile, and cruiser garments and protective gear. Candidates should have strong design portfolios with graphic design abilities. Candidate should be proficient in the product development process. Well qualified individuals will have industry experience with soft goods design in the motorsports industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to work through all phases of the product development process – concepts through production
  • Provide high-quality execution of product designs, graphics, and product language directions
  • Produce dynamic trend directions with colors, materials, features, and graphics
  • Create detailed tech packs for vendors that provide all needed information for production
  • Work with vendors and developers through the development and production process while maintaining timelines and budgets
  • Overseas travel as needed



  • BA/BS/BFA in Industrial, Product, Graphic, or Illustration design
  • 5 years professional industry experience
  • Portfolio samples must show creative thinking, innovative designs and product development process
  • Have an outstanding ability to communicate form through 2-D means

PHP Web Developer

Are you a relentless problem solver who is not afraid to search for a needle in a stack of hay? An ardent learner who's always looking to improve? Do you play nice with both humans and machines? If so, WPS needs you.

Seeking a PHP web developer with a technical background and a passion for writing high-quality, extensible code. We are looking for junior-level to mid-level candidates with experience in building web applications with PHP and who aren’t afraid to learn something new along the way.

Most of our projects reside on a fleet of cloud-based, load-balanced, autoscaling Linux server instances on AWS. We are currently doing work in Drupal and Laravel, so be prepared to dive into those if you haven’t already. The primary languages that we develop in are PHP, HTML5, and JavaScript but we do not necessarily limit ourselves to that area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Self-starting learner with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Medial understanding of PHP, application architecture and object-oriented design.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux environments and open source tools/platforms.
  • A solid foundation of semantic HTML and CSS and at the very least minimal experience working with JavaScript and related libraries.
  • Knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility.

  • Experience with version control systems (particularly Git)
  • Comfortable learning and embracing new languages quickly; ability to help us assess where new technologies, languages, and platforms may be things we should consider.
