Western Power Sports is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our growing Human Resources Team in Boise, ID to focus on administering all group health benefits and insurances that fall outside of Worker’s Comp and 401K administration.

A well-qualified individual will have 3 to 5 years of experience with benefits administration, insurance claims and payments, HIPAA Privacy and Security, self-funded insurance and PPACA requirements for compliance.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Enroll new employees in benefit plans and provide benefits orientation for medical, dental, vision reimbursement, life, supplemental insurance, disability, HSA, HRA, FSA and Cafeteria Plans
  • Assist the Worker’s Comp Administrator, if needed, in preparing reports of injury for all locations and contacts work comp insurance company to file claims, resolve issues and answer questions from providers and employees
  • Assist, as needed, in maintaining, completing and filing OSHA and BLS reporting requirements
  • Process status changes and updates online and in HRIS system with new enrollment statuses
  • Plan and coordinate annual open enrollment for insurance and 401k plans. Including: coordination with vendors, brokers and TPA’s for a timely start date; deliver informational classes; email company-wide communications and follow-up on change deadline; ensure offsite locations are provided excellent service for a seamless open enrollment experience
  • Promote and build positive broker, vendor and TPA relations and make contact to investigate discrepancies and provide employees information in non-routine situations
  • Provide employees forms and process forms and requests through vendors or TPAs
  • Evaluate and compare existing employee benefits with those of other employers or available markets by researching other plans and sources
  • Review current benefit utilization and report findings to Management
  • Become actively involved in high-claim reviews, collections reports, or cost-plus program claims to provide plan members service in understanding the claims process
  • Prepare materials and present benefit plan changes to employees and review current information to determine improvements necessary for better change communications
  • Issues annual individual summary of benefits to employees
  • Maintains separate and compliant employee benefit files and issues HIPAA regulations and administration
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Audit monthly invoices against payroll deductions and online enrollment statuses to check for discrepancies

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree, plus three (3) to five (5) years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience REQUIRED
  • SHRM-CP and/or CEBS professional designations PREFERRED
  • Experience with, and understanding of, self-funded health care plan administration REQUIRED

Outbound Supervisor

OVERVIEW

WPS is seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to be an integral part of its leadership team at our busy distribution warehouse center in Midlothian, TX.

The Outbound Supervisor will work with Management to oversee and support all outbound areas, ensuring operations are efficient, organized, accurate and continually improving. You will work towards building strong goal-oriented team members and work with Operations and Inventory teams for a balanced team structure throughout the warehouse.

Well-qualified individuals will have at least three plus years of supervisory experience in a busy distribution center. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work with, and mentor, staff of varying skill levels and experience levels. You must be able to handle extremely busy schedules and work professionally in stressful situations. PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Provides necessary leadership and oversight to the Outbound team, including Packing, Freight and Shipping teams.
  • Helps Management maintain outbound, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing company operational and personnel policies and procedures for the team members in your area.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, notifying Management of the need to issue work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

WPS is seeking a Web Content & Data Coordinator to join our Marketing team. The Web Content & Data Coordinator works directly with the Web Content Manager, and also interacts and communicates with various department staff to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of published content.

This position will be responsible for the collection, editing, posting, and maintenance of various types of online content for multiple B2C and B2B websites.

  • Maintain and update web content, images, files etc. for B2C, B2B, and Media Vault websites

WPS is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and manage our Pick Module and Order Fulfillment operations at our new regional distribution center in Midway, GA. This is a “hands on” leadership and mentoring role working with new warehouse associates who may not be familiar with many aspects of warehouse operations.

Well-qualified individuals will have 2+ years of experience in a busy distribution center and bulk storage environment, preferably with experience in supervising 15 or more team members. If you thrive as a leader, excel at motivating others towards maximum efficiency and enjoy finding solutions to varying challenges, this is the opportunity to enhance your career!

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and oversees daily operations in the Pick Module and Order Fulfillment operations area, managing a diverse team of 20+ team members of varying skill level and work experience.
  • Keeps the Warehouse Manager apprised of any challenges or need for changes within the Pick Mod and Order Fulfillment areas.
  • Coordinates daily workflow with other managers for team members who overlap between work teams.
  • Maintains operational efficiency by ensuring team members are trained and fully compliant with standard procedures and receiving tasks.
  • Studies pick lists, invoices, orders and other records to determine product flow and/or fulfillment challenges.
  • Manages work assignments, and ensure product is moved to the shipping areas to meet shipping schedules.

  • Compiles records of unfilled orders and all other documents pertinent to the Pick Mod and Order Fulfillment areas.
  • Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
  • Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2+  years of experience in a small-parcel bulk distribution center/warehouse with upto 20,000 SKU codes REQUIRED.
  • Associates degree or higher PREFERRED.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing or leading a team of 20 or more team members in a busy distribution center environment REQUIRED.
  • 2+ years of Inventory management experience, along with experience in supply chain processes REQUIRED.
  • Highly motivated and dependable with demonstrated delegation, leadership, and teamwork skills.

As a HardDrive Product Technical Specialist, you will be the point of contact handling technical calls with dealers and our sales representatives. You will evaluate new products and provide insightful analysis. You will monitor the performance of HardDrive product lines from setup and cataloging through to the end of product lifecycle. You will attend industry trade shows and retail events focused on promoting sales and market share growth, raising brand recognition and increasing dealer knowledge of the HardDrive brand. You will also play an important role in assuring that the HardDrive catalog and website information is accurate, and you will be an essential part of our annual catalog production.
