WPS is seeking a talented, motivated Graphic Designer with ambition to take responsibility for design concepts and full design cycle of a variety of creative marketing projects focused to the powersports market.

The ideal candidate will preferably hold a BA in Art and Design, be a powersports enthusiast, have at least 2 years of experience working in a fast paced creative environment, exhibit the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, be extremely confident with design principles, problem solving, innovative typography and possess clean layout skills as well as demonstrated professional communication and interpersonal skills of the highest level.

This position will support the Marketing team in research, concept development, design and execution of creative projects such as ads, brochures, corporate identity, packaging, presentations, promotional displays, signage, websites, etc. Applicants must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and understand design from a marketing perspective.

WPS is seeking creative, business focused professional to fill the role of Social Media Coordinator. We want a detailed self-starter with a go-getter attitude who will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating social media relations of all brands and products, and who has the ability to build digital assets for online advertising campaigns. 

Our ideal candidate is a power sports enthusiast, preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, News Media, Marketing or Communications; has a high level of proficiency with Facebook Business Manager and other digital marketing platforms; advanced knowledge of social media best practices and have a high level of proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and Google Analytics.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of all social media platforms including daily posting and community management for eight powersports brands

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop a working relationship with outside sales representatives and their dealers to promote increased market share
  • Drive sales by proactively reaching out to sales reps via phone and email.
  • Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and at events.

Western Power Sports is currently seeking a Web Development Manager / Sr. Full Stack Web Developer to join its fast-paced and expanding IT community and lead the web development team.

A well-qualified individual will have hands-on experience leading IT staff in building, testing, deploying and maintaining high-quality, innovative, scalable web applications. Projects reside on a fleet of cloud-based load-balanced autoscaling Linux server instances on AWS. Current work is taking place in Drupal and Laravel, so be prepared to dive into those if you haven’t already. The primary languages are PHP and JavaScript but WPS is not necessarily limited to those areas.

HardDrive Statutory Sales Representatives sell powersports parts, accessories and apparel to territory dealerships while promoting HardDrive house-brands to meet company business and sales objectives.

 

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of “road warrior” experience and possess the ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with a wide variety of personalities in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The candidate we are looking for will have three plus years of experience in the powersports industry as an outside sales representative and/or dealership experience and will actively work with motorcycle dealers in the assigned territory.

SUMMARY
WPS seeks to hire entry-level Warehouse Associates in the Boise area to work multiple positions on multiple shifts at our busy warehouse location in Boise, ID. Our Warehouse Associates play an integral role in operations by ensuring product is received, stored, stocked, picked, packed and shipped effectively and efficiently to our valued customers.

As a Warehouse Associate team member, your duties may encompass any function within the inbound or outbound order fulfilment areas. This could include daily tasks such as filling orders and requisitions for stock, operating a forklift or pallet jack and/or merchandising inventory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

•    Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

•    Weighs or counts items for distribution within warehouse to ensure conformance to company standards.
•    Arranges stock parts in specified sequence for packaging and shipping by other workers.
•    Uses computer to enter records.
•    Compiles tickets from customer specifications.
•    Prepares parcels for distribution and loads shipping trucks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Projects reside on a fleet of cloud-based load-balanced autoscaling Linux server instances on AWS.
