OVERVIEW

WPS is seeking a reliable Administrative Support professional to work with our FLY Racing International Sales team at our corporate offices in Boise, ID.  This position will be responsible for all levels of interaction between the Company and specified international dealers. Duties will include all aspects of order processing, tracking and coordination by working closely with our suppliers and Purchasing, Logistics and Accounting teams.

 

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in administrative support, order processing experience and the ability to execute tasks with a high level of accuracy with consistent attention to detail. Knowledge of documents such as commercial invoices and/or pro forma invoices and bills of lading is highly preferred. The ability to speak, read and write Spanish is highly desireable.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Proactively use MS Excel, Work and Outlook and an AS400 system to produce reports, track order status and communicate vital information to key stakeholders.
  • Administrative tasks that support the International Sales Manager and other team members in achieving corporate sales goals and providing the highest level of customer service possible.

SUMMARY
WPS seeks to hire entry-level Warehouse Associates in the Boise area to work multiple positions on multiple shifts at our busy warehouse location in Boise, ID. Our Warehouse Associates play an integral role in operations by ensuring product is received, stored, stocked, picked, packed and shipped effectively and efficiently to our valued customers.

As a Warehouse Associate team member, your duties may encompass any function within the inbound or outbound order fulfilment areas. This could include daily tasks such as filling orders and requisitions for stock, operating a forklift or pallet jack and/or merchandising inventory.

WPS is seeking a highly organized, focused, detail oriented Project Administrator for our FLY Racing Product Design group.  The Project Administrator will collaborate, communicate and assist in design projects with internal teams and/or outside vendors.  The Project Administrator provides administrative support as a direct report to the Senior Project Manager to help ensure project information and details are tracked and communicated to all affiliated departments in a timely and detailed manner.

Well qualified individuals have at least two years of experience with project coordination and must have strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide excellent communication to our team members and vendors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Western Power Sports is currently seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join its fast-paced and expanding IT community. WPS is looking for a mid-to-senior level candidate with the desire to grow professionally. 

A well-qualified individual will have hands-on experience building, testing, deploying and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications. Projects reside on a fleet of cloud-based load-balanced autoscaling Linux server instances on AWS. Current work is taking place in Drupal and Laravel, so be prepared to dive into those if you haven’t already. PRIMARY DUTIES

OVERVIEW
WPS is seeking a motivated, sales-driven powersports enthusiast to join our growing sales team as a Brand Sales Manager for the Scorpion brand.  The Scorpion Brand Sales Manager will be responsible for sales growth and capturing market share. This position is also responsible for developing and managing brand strategies, collaborating on and directing marketing programs with the Marketing team, product development collaboration with the Design team, implementation of stated business goals as mandated by Upper Management and ongoing evaluation of brand success.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Must be able to travel internationally two times annually and domestically up to two weeks per month.  
•    Travel with sales representatives and managers to conduct product and sales trainings and presentations.
•    Develop a working relationship with outside sales representatives and their dealers to promote increased market share.
•    Plan, develop and execute brand direction and marking programs in conjunction with segment management.
•    Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events.
•    Analyzes market research to identify opportunities for increased sales and future product development.
•    Communicate with development teams on market requirements and product features.
•    Collaborate with the Marketing department to help develop advertising/promotional programs.
•    Coordinate with Purchasing department product ordering and scheduling.
•    Guide creation and development of product portfolio and catalog.
•    Evaluate and analyze program results and provide recommendations for revisions in brand strategy.
•    Develop and deliver educational materials/presentations during new rep training and national sales meetings. 
•    Other duties as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•    Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university is PREFERRED.
•    Ability to travel internationally and domestically is REQUIRED.
•    A minimum of two years of related brand management experience and/or prior training in the powersports industry is REQUIRED.
•    Highly organized, with acute attention to detail is REQUIRED.
•    Ability to collect and analyze data utilizing market knowledge and experience REQUIRED.
•    Strong project management skills are REQUIRED.
•    A driven work ethic is REQUIRED. 
•    Excellent problem-solving skills, able to work across the corporate structure, are REQUIRED.
•    Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are REQUIRED.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is REQUIRED, experience with Publisher is PREFERRED.

Product Designer

OVERVIEW

Fly Racing is seeking a talented, creative and motivated Product Designer to design and develop products for FLY Racing, FLY Snow, and HWY 21 brand segments. This fulltime position will work within the Product Design team to design and develop FLY and HWY 21 products and apparel from concept through to final production.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in product design, product development and project management with strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position demands effective coordination between design teams, domestic and foreign vendors, and internal departments within the company. A strong working knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to work through all phases of the product development process – concepts through production.
  • Provide high-quality product designs and product directions.
  • Create dynamic trend directions with colors, materials, features, and graphics.
  • Organize, communicate, and manage project development with vendors.
  • Create detailed tech packs for vendors that provides all required information for production.
  • Create and manage project timeline/schedule with vendor. Ensure key milestones and delivery dates are achieved.
  • Daily communication and coordination with factories to ensure that the product development goals are being met for each project.
  • Ability to effectively problem solve a variety of issues, while maintaining a solution based approach.
  • Create product reviews for development, pre-production, and TOP samples.
  • Overseas travel to vendor factories for items that are being developed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree in product or apparel design field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in product design and development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, with a high level of proficiency in Excel, Adobe Illustrator, AutoCad and Photoshop.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management strategies and practices applied to product development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing practices and methods in the garment industry, including sewing, materials, construction layout, and pattern making.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems on a variety of issues with a solution-based approach.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, with a keen ability to know when and how to take the lead.
  • A keen Interest in outdoor powersports (Motorcycles, Snowmobiles, ATV/UTV, BMX, Mountain Bike, and Watercraft) is a plus.
  • Good sense of current trends in sports products, sportswear and active lifestyle fashions.
