You will be responsible for determining eligibility for dealers to establish new accounts and then follow through on all stages of the new dealer account setup process. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

  • Following established processes and procedures, play an instrumental role in determining dealer eligibility to establish a new account.
  • Ensure new accounts understand all requirements of the Company to maintain dealer status, follow through on all documentation requirements.
  • Maintain Company information databases using Excel spreadsheet and Company software.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 2 years of prior customer service experience REQUIRED.
  • At least 1 year of order entry experience REQUIRED.
  • Prior experience in working in a distribution and/or catalog sales environment PREFERRED.
  • Proficiency at 10-key by touch and a minimum 45 WPM typing speed REQUIRED.
  • Ability to toggle between multiple computer programs & screens at a time REQUIRED.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receives and enters special dating orders, applying correct terms and pricing.
  • Informs sales representatives of specials, discounts, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any other critical information needed to support dealer accounts.
  • Compiles statistics and prepares various sales and dealer history reports for Management.
  • Creates documentation regarding sales programs, spiffs and general communication for sales representatives and dealers using Word, InDesign and Outlook.
  • Enters data into our computerized order entry system to determine accurate dealer costs.
  • Checks inventory and notifies Purchasing and Warehouses teams of orders that would deplete inventory.
  • Routes orders correctly for fulfillment and follows up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Computes price, discount, and shipping charges when applicable.
  • Recommends type of packing or labeling needed on order.
  • Receives, investigates and assists in resolving dealer and sales representative complaints.
  • Confers with Shipping or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments.
  • Assists Sales Managers in the planning and execution of annual Sales Meetings.

  • Associates degree (AS) from an accredited college or university is preferred but not required.

OVERVIEW

WPS is seeking experienced VTwin/HardDrive Statutory Sales Representatives in multiple territories across the US for our VTwin/HardDrive product lines. HardDrive Statutory Sales Representatives sell powersports parts, accessories and apparel to territory dealerships while promoting HardDrive house-brands to meet company business and sales objectives.

 

The ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of “road warrior” experience and possess the ability to effectively and persuasively communicate with a wide variety of personalities in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. The candidates we are looking for will have three plus years of experience in the powersports industry as an outside sales representative and/or dealership experience.  Candidates will actively work with motorcycle dealers in the assigned territories.

OVERVIEW
WPS is seeking a highly organized, focused, detail oriented Project Administrator for our FLY Racing Product Design group.  The Project Administrator will collaborate, communicate and assist in design projects with internal teams and/or outside vendors.  The Project Administrator provides administrative support as a direct report to the Senior Project Manager to help ensure project information and details are tracked and communicated to all affiliated departments in a timely and detailed manner.

Well qualified individuals have at least two years of experience with project coordination and must have strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide excellent communication to our team members and vendors.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information for projects and the Design team at large.
•    Assist in the scheduling of meetings to ensure planning and updates throughout the course of a project.
•    Schedule, track dates, budgets, pricing, critical/key info, and other information on spreadsheets.
•    Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
•    Creating forms and other documentation that can aid in tracking, communicating, and the consolidation of information.
•    Communication link between Design, Marketing, Purchasing, and Sales Departments, to ensure that the consistent and accurate flow of product information is communicated in an organized and timely manner.
•    Communication link with Purchasing to advise individual product status / life cycle.
•    Work directly with vendors and other team members to respond to requests and communicate project status. If issues arise, must be able to troubleshoot and clearly articulate proposed solutions to the supervisor.
•    Monitor and tracking of e-mail and Skype communication of critical details that require tracking and updating the segment Line Lists and Development Matrix within the PLM.
•    Update, maintain, and communicate product Line List for all segments.
•    Update and maintain Development Matrix for all segments.
•    Create visual schedules for product development projects by working with each of the developers.
•    Assist in the PO hand-off to Purchasing.
•    Work with Purchasing to ensure that Domestic and International PO’s have all the details needed and that PO’s are issued when required.
•    Track open PO’s production schedules with factories on new orders – update line list with current info.
•    Coordinating and tracking all sample requirements and shipments.
•    Help to create QC documentation and procedure.
•    QA check and inspections on incoming production (new and re-orders).
•    Help manage QA review and issues with vendors.
•    Coordinate and assist in product sample shipment to vendors.
•    Testing and functionality verification of UPC / Barcodes. 
•    Assist in testing products.
•    Other duties as required.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•    Associates (AS) degree from two or four-year college or university is preferred but not required.
•    A minimum of two years of project coordination experience and/or training is highly preferred.
•    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) programs.  Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Microsoft Project, Teamwork Projects or other PLM software also a plus, but not required.
•    Ability to multi-task and work in seasonal fast paced environment.
•    Be highly organized, with acute attention to process and detail.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work together as a team to achieve goals.
•    Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
•    Ability to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority in responding to problems.
•    Ability to produce high quality work with minimal supervision.
•    Knowledge of FLY Racing brand and the powersports industry a big plus.

Western Power Sports is currently seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to join its fast-paced and expanding IT community. WPS is looking for a mid-to-senior level candidate with the desire to grow professionally. 

A well-qualified individual will have hands-on experience building, testing, deploying and maintaining high-quality, scalable web applications. Projects reside on a fleet of cloud-based load-balanced autoscaling Linux server instances on AWS. Current work is taking place in Drupal and Laravel, so be prepared to dive into those if you haven’t already. The primary languages are PHP and JavaScript but WPS is not necessarily limited to those areas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Assist in leading the powersports industry with ideas and software solutions.
•    Help replace older technology on the B2B site where dealers place orders.
•    Help innovate and iterate the B2B site to improve usability and dealer experience.
•    Maintain, improve, and expand the Dealer API. See Data Depot for documentation.
•    Make changes and upgrades to marketing websites as needed.
•    Participate in code reviews to maintain quality.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
●    Self-starting learner with excellent communication and organizational skills.
●    Medial understanding of PHP, application architecture and object-oriented design.
●    Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining a high level of productivity.
●    Basic knowledge of Linux environments and open source tools/platforms.
●    A solid foundation of semantic HTML and CSS and at the very least minimal experience working with JavaScript and related libraries.
●    Knowledge of cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility.
●    Experience building applications that use REST based web services and JSON data structures.
●    Experience with version control systems (particularly Git)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•    2 to 4 years of hands-on industry experience in display design, installation and product merchandising is **ABSOLUTLY REQUIRED**
