The Outbound Manager will manage and support all outbound areas, ensure operations are efficient, organized, accurate and continually improving. PRIMARY DUTIES

Western Power Sports is seeking an Overstock Clerk and Forklift Operator for our Overstock team in Fresno, CA. This role requires attention to detail and is responsible for storing product, bin movement, cubing, inventory replenishment and accurate inventory counts. The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of  experience in a busy distribution center environment and must be experienced with operating a forklift with a valid forklift qualification.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helps overstock operations by following company operational policies and procedures.
  • Studies orders, inventory, shipping, receiving documents and other records to determine priorities and work assignments under direction from the department supervisor.
  • Efficiently moves goods to and from the overstock area to shipping and receiving platforms.
  • Compiles inventory and physical count records as directed.
  • Assists in resolving discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and follows instructions for remedial actions to resolve overstock situations.

Well-qualified individuals will have 2+ years of experience in a busy distribution center and bulk storage environment, preferably with experience in supervising 15 or more team members. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and oversees daily operations in the Pick Module and Order Fulfillment operations area, managing a diverse team of 20+ team members of varying skill level and work experience.

This facility handles tires and non-conveyable items for motorcycles and ATV equipment. This position is a key support “hands on” role in all aspects of warehouse operations and distribution activities, including facilities management; hiring; training and mentoring; inventory requisitioning; receiving operations; storing, stocking and merchandising operations; and all outbound operations.

Western Power Sports is seeking a talented, detail focused Videographer to join our creative and power sports focused Marketing team. We need a talented professional who can capture our vision and energy in beautifully crafted visual journalism.  This is a diverse role, encompassing creative and ideation, design, animation and project leadership. 

Work assignments encompass all ranges of videography, from exciting live action film to well-crafted motion graphics, all telling a meaningful story. This is a full-circle role with plenty of room to grow within the ever expanding and exciting world of power sports, motocross and snow sports.
