PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Coordinate freight bookings, expedited shipments and transit
•    Establish ongoing processes for reconciling original shipping quotes with freight invoice
•    Communicate with vendors, transportation providers and fulfillment facilities to streamline inbound and outbound processes

OVERVIEW
WPS is seeking a dynamic and business focused Brand Sales Manager to manage and oversee sales for the FLY and GMAX Snow brands. This position plans, develops and implements product strategies and builds sales programs. This position requires 30% travel time as this role is required to travel with sales reps and regional managers, both selling product and training sales reps and regional managers on how to represent and sell FLY Racing and GMAX Snow products.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Domestic travel up to approximately 12 weeks annually  with Regional Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives. Travel is based on “hot spots”, best opportunities and potential sales to industry events such as Haydays, Milwaukee Snow Show, Novi Snow Show, the WPS Snowmobile National Sales Meeting in Minneapolis and three (3)  regional pre-booked shows in the spring.
•    Works directly with Design on product design and development
•    Develops and executes brand marketing programs with Marketing.
•    Reviews market research to anticipate competition and market trends that translate into dealer and retail sales.
•    Communicates brand strategies to Sales and other departments.
•    Develops sales programs, pricing structures and promotion programs with Sales and Marketing.
•    Coordinates with Purchasing to order and schedule product inventory to distribution centers, including sales representative samples.
•    Assists in planning and coordinating product launches with Marketing.
•    Guides and assists with creation and development of product portfolio and catalog collaterals.
•    Evaluates and analyzes sales program results and presents recommendations for changes in future brand programs.
•    Reports monthly and/or quarterly sales performance analytics and metrics to Upper Management.
•    Remains actively involved in continuous improvement efforts at the national, regional and local sales levels.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•    Four-year college or university degree is preferred, but not required. 
•    Two (2) to four (4) years related experience in snowmobile clothing and helmets sales or minimum three (3) years of experience as a brand manager; hands on snowmobile or snowbike riding experience desirable. 
•    Resolute personal and business ethics with the highest standards of professional conduct at all times. 
•    Must be able to travel domestically and be on the road approximately 30% of the time
•    Driven towards success and understanding the snowmobile and snowsports market and key players in the market. 
•    Proven understanding of competitor activity and market needs.

WPS is seeking an experienced Statutory Outside Sales Representative to further develop and manage the sales territory of Mid and South Arkansas.  WPS Statutory Sales Representatives sell powersports parts, accessories and apparel to territory dealerships while promoting WPS house-brands and company objectives.

Highly qualified individuals will have three plus years of experience in the powersports industry as an outside sales representative, actively working with motorcycle dealers in the assigned territory.

Products are shipped from WPS' six regional distribution centers across the United States.

WPS is looking for an outgoing, service-oriented individual to join our customer service team of powersports enthusiasts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play an integral role in the supply-chain process, acting as a liaison between the customer and management. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, service-driven relationships with our customers.   • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of customer contact for inquiries such as pricing, product information, shipments, and order details.
  • Confer with production, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to quote estimated transit times and expedite or trace shipments.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve challenges and inquiries.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with customers to enhance goodwill and promote service values of the company.
  • Check inventory records to determine availability of requested merchandise.
  • Assist with general information about products, sales and materials.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

We are seeking a highly organized and focused Assistant Credit and Collections Manager to oversee the activities and operations in the credit and collections segment of our accounting department.  The Assistant Credit and Collections Manager provides support to the Credit Manager to help investigate credit issues and manage the company’s accounts receivables portfolio.

Well qualified individuals have at least three years of experience with credit and collection protocols.  You must possess strong multi-tasking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to provide excellent communication to our team members and customers.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees the processing and verification of applications for credit and the solicitation for payment on overdue accounts.
  • Assists in the development and administration of credit and collection programs.
  • Assists in the design and implementation of processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables.
  • Investigates credit issues and suggests payment options to be approved.
  • Ensures collectors follow all protocols, laws and regulations to collect payments efficiently.
  • Supervises credit and collection staff.

WPS seeks to hire an experienced Pricing Analyst for our Purchasing team in Boise, ID. A Pricing Analyst for WPS enhances product profitability, helps prevent margin erosion, and helps with the development and management of pricing strategies and plans.

This position will be responsible for tracking marketplace metrics and trends, as well as establishing, maintaining and analyzing price reference documentation in order to uncover key market and pricing insights, such as how pricing strategy will affect the consumer, retailer, and how it relates to the company’s competitors. This role will prepare pricing recommendations based on their analysis, and present them to other business units such as product, purchasing, and sales, in order to help make profitable pricing decisions.

Well qualified individuals have at least two years of experience with pricing strategy and analytics. You must possess strong problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and provide excellent customer support to our team members and vendors.

PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for pricing of goods in order to stay profitable and competitive in the market.
  • Conduct market research of competitors and makes recommendations regarding pricing policies.

  • Make certain current MAPP policies are in place and are correctly posted.

Fly Racing is seeking a talented, creative and motivated Product Designer to design and develop products for FLY Racing, FLY Snow, and HWY 21 brand segments. This fulltime position will work within the Product Design team to design and develop FLY and HWY 21 products and apparel from concept through to final production.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in product design, product development and project management with strong knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
